Flipkart (now acquired by Walmart) is known to be one of India’s largest e-com sites. In 2012, when Flipkart was still growing, they came up with an incredible insight into the minds of an Indian consumer. They found out that the Indian consumer was inherently skeptical about shopping online due to trust issues. To battle this mindset, Flipkart introduced 4 service offerings that revolutionized the online shopping scenario in India.

The Happy team came up with a visual interpretation of these 4 service offerings. We staged kids in adult shopping scenarios to combat the trust issue. Each of the 4 offerings - Cash on Delivery, 30-day Replacement, Original Warranty and Best Prices - were portrayed in a young adult’s life and how online shopping with Flipkart is the solution. The ‘No Kidding. No Worries.’ campaign was an instant success.

“Our customers, our traffic, our new business… all the numbers doubled in October, and doubled again in November,” - Client

My role in campaign was that of an Art Director.
I created story boards for the ad films and all of print, digital and social media collaterals.
